What you send us

When you use our contact form, you give us your name, your email address, and the message you write. You can also add your company name and the service you need.

We use this information only to answer you and to talk with you about the work. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How it reaches us

The form sends your message to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service. If you email us directly, your message goes through our email provider in the same way.

What the site collects on its own

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like every web server, it receives basic technical details with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare uses them to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and we see them in short-term server logs when we fix problems.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies of our own on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project emails for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep normal business records. After that we delete them.

Your choices

Email hello@peakonedigital.com and we will:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct it if it is wrong, or
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Children

This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
